Qigao valve is mainly used for high pressure difference, strong erosion, strong corrosion, solid particles in the medium and the flow and pressure under flash evaporation condition. The control effectively solves the problem that the inner parts of the regulating valve are easy to be eroded. Compared with the general control valve, the black water control valve has compact structure and smooth flow path, which can minimize the flow resistance and erosion; the valve stem surface is sprayed with cemented carbide to ensure the anti-erosion ability of the valve stem and the medium contact part; the lower guide pipe structure is used to guide and scrape the impurities adhering to the valve stem, which is effective. The valve head, seat and outlet runner are made of tungsten carbide material, which can effectively prevent the erosion of the medium.
