Nitrogen seal valve (nitrogen supply device/nitrogen release device) is a self-developed, self-powered micro-pressure control system. It is mainly used to keep the pressure of top protective gas (generally nitrogen) constant, so as to avoid direct contact between materials and air in the container, prevent material volatilization, oxidation, and the safety of the container. The product has the characteristics of energy saving, sensitive action, reliable operation, convenient operation and maintenance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical and other industries.
The nitrogen seal valve is composed of two parts: nitrogen supply device and nitrogen release valve. The nitrogen supply device is composed of a commander and a main valve, and the nitrogen release device is composed of an internal feedback pressure-opening micro-pressure regulating valve. Nitrogen pressure is generally set to 100mmH2O. and controlled by nitrogen sealing device.
Characteristics of nitrogen sealed valves

To ensure the safety of tanks, breathing valves should be installed at the top of the tank.
The breathing valve only plays a safety role, avoiding the defects of frequent opening and closing of the conventional nitrogen sealing device.

Nitrogen sealing valve working principle
When the inlet valve of the tank is opened and the material is added to the tank, the liquid level rises, the volume of the gas phase decreases, and the pressure rises. When the pressure in the tank rises above the set value of the pressure of the nitrogen release device, the nitrogen release device opens, releases nitrogen to the outside world, reduces the pressure in the tank and drops to the set point of the pressure of the nitrogen release device, the nitrogen release device automatically. Close.
When the outlet valve of the tank is opened and the user discharges the material, the liquid level decreases, the volume of the gas phase increases, the pressure in the tank decreases, the nitrogen supply device opens, and the nitrogen gas is injected into the tank, so that the pressure in the tank rises, and when the pressure in the tank rises to the nitrogen supply device closes automatically.
Working principle of nitrogen supply unit
The structure of the nitrogen supply device is shown in the right diagram. The medium at the pressure taking point on the top of the tank is introduced into the testing mechanism (7) through the pressure guide pipe. The medium produces a force on the testing element which is balanced with the spring (8) and the preload. When the pressure in the tank is lower than the pressure setting point of the nitrogen supply device, the balance is destroyed and the command valve core (6) is opened so that the gas in front of the valve enters the upper and lower membrane chambers of the main valve actuator (3), opens the main valve core (2) and fills the tank with nitrogen; when the pressure in the tank rises to the pressure of the nitrogen supply device, the gas in front of the valve is opened by the pressure reducing valve (5), the throttle valve (4), and enters the upper and lower membrane chambers the main valve actuator (3). At the setting point, due to the preset spring force, the command valve core (6) is closed and the main valve is closed to stop the nitrogen supply due to the spring action in the main valve actuator.
Working principle of nitrogen discharge device
As shown in the right diagram, the nitrogen release device adopts an internal feedback structure, and the medium enters the detection mechanism (2) directly through the valve cover. The medium produces a force on the detection element which balances with the preset spring (3) preload. When the pressure in the tank rises above the pressure setting point of the nitrogen releasing device, the balance is destroyed, so that the valve core (1) moves up, opens the valve, and releases nitrogen to the outside world; when the pressure in the tank drops to the pressure setting point of the nitrogen releasing device, the valve is closed due to the preset spring force.

The nitrogen release valve is installed on the top of the tank, and the caliber is generally consistent with the inlet valve caliber.
The pressure setting point of general nitrogen release valve is slightly larger than that of nitrogen supply valve, so as to avoid frequent operation of nitrogen supply and discharge devices, waste of nitrogen gas and affect the service life of equipment.
